I’m from a small city in Oregon, and for months I have been unemployed and have job-hunted like crazy. I have an M.A degree in English.
I have a couple of opportunities in Seattle, but the cost of living is outrageous out there. Also, the size of the city is a little too overwhelming for me.
So now I’m looking to Boise Idaho. I’ve never been there, but its only a five hour drive from my current hometown. Would Boise or any town in Idaho have some decent chances for a job? I know the all cities are suffering from the economy right now, but can I swing a job there…even if it’s not high paying? I remember being in Couer d’ alene when I was little and really liking it, but don’t know about jobs out there.
Thanks for the help!
