According to MapQuest, Swan Falls is just inside the Ada County border. The other option would be Owyhee County. Definitely not Canyon County.
Swan Falls is located in Ada County. I searched Ada County in Wikipedia and I looked at the cities in that county and it said Kuna.
So problem solved!!!!
