I believe that is reckless driving which can be up to $1000 fine and 6 mos in jail. You will take a 4pt hit on your license (your insurance co will love that). If this is your first ticket, you probably won’t get the max but that is way over the limit.
You`ll get a hefty fine , Morty !
You`ll also get a letter from your insurance company advising you of a humongous rate increase .
WARNING !! ……… before you open the insurance company letter , make certain you`re wearing a pair of Depend Adult Diapers …………… AND sitting down !
I learned that lesson the hard way !
